AI Content Policy
This policy sets the minimum authorisation, safety, review and disclosure requirements for AI-generated product imagery, marketing copy, video, voice and digital avatars.
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to AI-assisted content created through any VYRELLO service. It supplements the Terms of Service. Customers control their campaign decisions and remain responsible for reviewing, approving and lawfully publishing outputs.
2. Identity, likeness and voice consent
A custom digital avatar, voice clone or recognisable synthetic identity may be created or used only with verifiable permission from the represented adult and authority from the commissioning organisation. Permission must cover the intended likeness or voice, media, purpose, territory and duration.
Consent must be capable of withdrawal for future use. We may require identity evidence, a live verification step or signed authorisation and may pause output while authority is reviewed.
3. Rights in submitted materials
You may submit only materials you own or are authorised to use. This includes product images, logos, music, scripts, testimonials, trademarks and personal data. Public availability does not by itself establish permission.
4. Prohibited AI content
You must not request, create or distribute content that:
- impersonates a person or falsely suggests endorsement, employment or affiliation;
- uses a child’s identity, likeness or voice without verified guardian authority and a lawful, age-appropriate purpose;
- facilitates fraud, phishing, identity theft, coercion, harassment, discrimination or exploitation;
- is sexually explicit without lawful adult consent, or sexualises any child;
- creates deceptive political, medical, financial or public-safety communications;
- infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or data-protection rights; or
- circumvents safety controls, provenance labels or a person’s withdrawal of consent.
5. Product claims and market compliance
AI must not invent product attributes, test results, prices, reviews, certifications or endorsements. Before publication, customers must verify claims against reliable evidence and check advertising, consumer-protection, product-sector and platform requirements in every target market.
6. Human review and disclosure
Every output must receive meaningful human review before export or publication. Review should cover identity permission, factual accuracy, brand fit, cultural context, rights, safety and required disclosures.
Synthetic presenters, materially altered media and AI-generated advertising must be labelled whenever required by law, platform rules or when omission could reasonably mislead the audience. Customers must not remove embedded provenance or rights information.
7. Personal data and model training
Identity and voice data must be limited to the authorised purpose, protected with access controls and deleted according to the applicable service arrangement. Customer assets will not be used to train public or shared generative-AI models unless the customer gives separate, explicit and informed permission.
8. Withdrawal, complaints and enforcement
A represented person or rights holder may report unauthorised use to verlixv6@gmail.com. We may suspend generation, preserve relevant records, request evidence, remove access or delete affected assets while a report is assessed. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and referral to relevant authorities.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy as technology, product capabilities, platform rules and legal requirements evolve. The current version is identified by the “Last updated” date.
